Winter in NY has been as awful as it is long. Last winter was my last as a Long Island New Yorker! I took the plunge and moved to Boca Raton and it was the best thing I could’ve done
because life here is amazing!
I have been an active realtor in Long Island for 20 years…I became a broker 15 years ago.
My Company, TARLIN Realty, was your neighborhood Real Estate Brokerage there. Many from Great Neck to Commack, as well as parts of New York City bought or sold their homes through

Those of you who have experienced my real estate services know that I make it my business to be professional, informative, honest, loyal, and knowledgeable, and that I make it my business to listen and learn what is important to you so your time is not wasted. I was most honored when so many children of people whom I helped buy homes also came to me as first-time homebuyers and experienced my Real Estate services.
I continue to make professionalism my standard today, but in a much better climate. I am happy to announce that I am also a Licensed Realtor in Florida, my new home (and perhaps one day yours as well). Although TARLIN Realty remains active in New York, I am now affiliated with Estates & Fine Homes, located in Boca Raton, servicing Boca, Delray, the Palm Beaches, Boynton Beach, and the surrounding areas. I have always serviced where my customers and clients needed me to,
and that still applies here in Florida.
I spoke with many about purchasing a home in South Florida, whether permanently or for the winter months. It’s a great time to make that choice and take advantage of fantastic weather, more stable home prices, lower real estate taxes, no state income tax, and so much to do every day.
